Hi, I’m Travis Bailey! As the COO at The Funeral Service Collective, I get to do what I love most—connect with people and help others succeed. My goal is to make a difference not just in the funeral industry but in the lives of the people I work with every day. I’ve always enjoyed building relationships and finding ways to help others grow. At T-Mobile, I spent several years honing those skills, earning recognition as one of the top performers nationwide and helping open new stores. What I’m most proud of, though, is how I’ve been able to support and mentor my teammates to reach their own goals. Before that, I had the incredible experience of serving a two-year mission with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where I learned the value of service, leadership, and building lasting connections.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me spending time with my amazing wife and our three beautiful kids. I’m a huge fan of Colorado sports, whether it’s cheering for the Broncos or catching a Nuggets game. I also love movies, whether it’s a family movie night or checking out the latest block buster with friends. I’m a lifelong learner and love finding new opportunities to grow and inspire those around me. My mission is simple: to help others succeed and build meaningful relationships along the way. I’m excited to share this journey with you, and I look forward to meeting you!
